If something comes up and you need to cancel your reservation, you must call the campground before the deadlines listed below. Without sufficient notice, you will forfeit your deposit. ALL cancellations are subject to a minimum $25.00 cancellation fee. Please call the park directly at 307.855.5427, we DO NOT ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS VIA EMAIL.
Four weeks prior to arrival date: Cancellations made more than 4 weeks prior to your arrival date will receive a full refund of your deposit minus a $25.00 cancellation fee.
Less than four weeks prior to arrival date: Cancellations made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival date will receive a 50% refund of your deposit minus a $25.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 10 days of your arrival date will receive no refund.
Reservations made over holiday weekends require a 3 night minimum stay. This includes Memorial Day, Fourth of July and Labor Day. These reservations are non-refundable.
